How long does carpet fitting take?
Most jobs are fitted in a single day. Larger jobs may take longer, but we’ll always let you know what to expect.

How soon can you fit my new carpet?
Usually within 2–3 weeks from order to fitting. We do our best to meet urgent deadlines if needed—just ask. As a small family business we pride ourselves on being flexible.

Can you fit carpets at weekends?
Fitting is mainly done during the week, but we can sometimes fit on Saturdays with advance notice.

Which areas do you cover?

Do you move furniture for me?

About The Buying Process

What happens after I choose my carpet?
We’ll arrange a free home measure, confirm your clear, all-in quote (no scary surprise extras!) and take a small deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of fitting.
​
How much deposit do you need?
Usually a small percentage of the total order value. We’ll always make this clear upfront with no surprises.
​
When do I pay the balance?
The balance is paid on the day of fitting.
​
Can I split the fitting over more than one day?
Yes. For larger jobs or homes with lots of furniture, we’re happy to arrange split fits so you can move things around more easily.
​
Can you make mats from leftover carpet?
Yes. We can use any leftover carpet to make bound-edge mats, perfect for doorways or high-traffic spots.

How do I clean my new carpet?
Vacuum regularly and clean spills promptly. Stain-free carpets are very easy to maintain—you can even use diluted bleach for stubborn marks.
